An experienced social development practitioner; behavior change specialist and an advocacy strategist with over 18 years of experience developing and managing social change programs that achieve results. Currently Director of Program Operations at Grameen Foundation, Mr. Yeboah is a skilled leader with deep experience managing the design and development of digital innovations that enable last mile connections to commodity and service value chains. Mr. Yeboah has extensive experience using a Human Centered Design (HCD) approach for strategic information management and advocacy, as well as strong knowledge, skills and experience in improving sustainable smallholder agricultural systems and linking informal savings mechanisms to formal financial institutions leveraging digital financial services.
The session will leverage learnings from AgriPath to demonstrate how Human Centred Design (HCD) can be applied to design inclusive Digital Advisory Services (DAS). Our approach to inclusion goes beyond women and youth to also include vulnerable farming communities that are traditionally excluded because of factors such as low literacy levels, cost of data and smart devices, poor connectivity and lack of/ limited mobile infrastructure.
