Chloe is an associate in the Centre of Digital Excellence practice at Genesis Analytics, based in Johannesburg.
Her focus of work is on digital strategy implementation and data analytics. She has a comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem, working on strategies for Tanzania, Lesotho and Indonesia. These projects centre on digital and technology policy issues, digital solutions to improve the inclusion of women and other marginalised groups in income-earning economic opportunities, and implementing innovations that are both sector-specific and industry agnostic.
Chloe holds a master’s in Economics, an honours in Economics and a bachelor’s in Finance, all from the University of Cape Town.
